Q2. What is your terms of packing?

A: For original, the package is original box,

For after market parts. Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: we accept bank T/T, West Unit Pay, .

For small order, it is 100% payment before production; for big order, 30-50% deposit and balance after inspection but before delivery.

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: for goods in stock, delivery time is 5-10 working days; for goods not in stock, delivery time is 10-30 working

days

Q6. What is the transport way?
A*for small order, we usually send out goods by express service such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. EMS......we have vip price for these express so we can get good price for it
*for big order, usually we send out for ocean shipment.

Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
